The CEO of SKEPPER, the guiding light to many and an inspiration to us all. Binoy would visit his uncle’s design studio. This fascinated him and was the start of his career as a Graphic Designer. Today, he leads a team of creative members who are happy to have the opportunity of being a SKEPPER.

Anoop is someone we all look up to. He’s a teacher and a brilliant guide. He has been a part of Skepper since the very beginning. At Skepper he is assigned various roles - Creative Thinking, Layout Designing, Developing Ideas, managing more than one brief at a time, Client Servicing, Managing Account, Working on 3D Models 

She’s been with Skepper for seven years now (since it started and took form). She was an Admin Associate with AxisCreative Brand Solutions, then she was the lead in Finance and Accounting at Auster and today she is the Admin and Finance Director at Skepper.

Ranjith is the Motion Graphics Director of Skepper who was there when Skepper began. He has been a part of the formation of the company. As a person you’ll always find him wearing headphones, watching some new advertisements or a new YouTube tutorial. He makes sure that every second of his time is utilized in learning something new

Yasser has been a part of Skepper since the very beginning (seven years). His passion to do something different, and create an impact on the world - made him choose Skepper. His love for Skepper is just amazing

The very first time one would come across Deepika they will experience a sense of humbleness from her side. She is the Director and HR of Skepper. Even though she completed her Bachelors Degree in Computer Applications - she found herself living the advertising life.

A great salesman who is diplomatic and has the power to persuade everyone with his unique and extraordinary ideas. He is one of the most dedicated employees of SKEPPER

He started working at a very young age. His enthusiasm for design and creating new things is remarkable, and thus it took him a very short time to master the art. Not only is he a brilliant designer and visualizer, but his ideas are impressive as well

Balamurali grew up in a very small town in Kerala. He considers himself lucky to belong to a family of progressive, open-minded people who helped him perceive life from a different point of view, and witness colors and joy - that he might not have seen otherwise

He’s from Kerala, and he grew up watching people working on photoshop and other design softwares in photo studios. This was one of the reasons why he joined the creative field

Her story is rather inspiring. She started as an admin assistant in an office. It was there that she saw her colleagues working on design softwares, and immediately there was an urge within her to learn these softwares. This is when her career as a designer took off. She decided to learn from her colleagues and YouTube tutorials

Starting out, SivaKumar was looking for an IT job, however, instead of his calling for computers, he ended up joining a graphic design institute where he was taught the basic softwares such as photoshop, illustrator, and InDesign. After completing this course, He was pulled towards designing.

Jayakumar When you think of trust, loyalty, and someone you can count on - Jay comes to mind. He has been working with Skepper from the very start, that being 7 years. In the past seven years he has taken up many roles such as Client Servicing Manager, Admin associate, Event Manager and facilitator.

Suman works and delivers with efficiency and enthusiasm. She has been working as a client servicing executive for a year now, and there has been massive appreciation for the way she carries out her role

Saphorah has always been a free spirit and takes pride in being so. Her journey with Skepper started a year ago. She wasn’t very sure what she wanted to do, but Skepper surely opened new opportunities for her

Nishar never sits idle. He has a go-getter attitude and is always looking to work on new projects. He decided to choose this field because of his passion for advertising. He loves communicating with people and building new and strong relationships.

Priya was previously working in Delhi in a company that was handling government clients. She shifted to Bangalore recently and was on a lookout for an advertising company handling private clients. She found us!.

The happy go lucky girl has been working as a client servicing executive for the past three years now. She loves to talk and can interact with almost anyone and everyone!.

His journey is pretty fascinating. He has worked in diverse fields like Media, BPO, IT.  Karthik joined as a Business Development Lead in 2017 and it was in 2019 that he was promoted to a Business Development Manager. Since then, he has been carrying out his role with precision and zeal.

Martin is passionate about his work and desires to grow and evolve at every stage of life. He has had three years of experience in social media and digital marketing. He loves interacting with people and making new friends.

His story is a little different. It was when he was in class 10th that he took upon the role of a celebrity photographer. Slowly, slowly he rised and learnt about digital marketing and its functioning. His passion drove him further into this field.  Today, it has been 7 years since he has been working as a Digital Marketer.

Saneesh is the content and copy lead. He has around 11 years of experience in article writing, writing for websites, content writing, proofreading, social media management, blogging, SEO, etc.   He catches concepts easily and can put down words beautifully

She has had an experience in various fields - be it print media, working as a Reporter, or even an Assistant Producer. However, she believes that her calling is yet to be discovered. Skepper for her may just be the ideal place

Inspired by her mother, Dhamayanthi found her passion in proofreading and content writing 5 years ago. Her friends call her the walking dictionary as she just can’t resist checking grammatical errors and making the language perfect. Yes, one can refer to her as the grammar Nazi.

Sowmya is our silent creator who has been proofreading for a variety of content since the past three years. She enjoys her role, and is passionate and determined to learn new things every second of everyday. She has an eye for mistakes, and catches them with ease.

Pooja has been working for three years as an Account Executive with a CA firm. The experience was good but when she heard that SKEPPER was hiring, she knew she had to apply and give it her best shot. 

The multi-talented soul who is calm and always ready to help. Sabitha has been working with SKEPPER as a Finance Executive for three years now. She is great with numbers, is extremely organized, and loves her job!.

A simple and silent girl who loves accounts and has been working in that field for three years. She desires to grow every day, and learn new things from the company she is associated with. Even though she is silent, she is always observing and taking notice of the work that is happening around her.

It has been two years since Akhil decided to take a plunge into the design world. Working as a Graphic Designer he is always looking for a challenge and hoping to surpass every obstacle that comes his way.

An enthusiastic fellow who is always looking for new work and new ways by which he can display his creativity. He has been in the graphic field for five years and knows that design is his passion.

Pramod is that guy who will think out of the box and try to perceive things from a different angle. He knew he wanted to get into designing from the very beginning. His dream was to work with an advertising agency as a Graphic Designer. One of the main reasons why he chose this profession was because he wanted his creativity to shine and not be limited to a box

Praveen has 9 years' experience in advertising. He’s extremely passionate about this line and is an art graduate. Joining our family as an Art Director - He is determined to deliver the best quality work and make SKEPPER reach the top.

An adventurous soul always searching for new life experiences; Prasanna has been in the design field for 6 years now. He has worked as a graphic designer for web and mobile applications.

He’s your guy to approach when you are looking for something unique, yet authentic. He has 6 years of experience and is extremely passionate about his work and is always looking for a challenge. He was in love with the creative field since he was a child, and today he has converted his passion to his career. He lives every day with a smile.

Anand was confused about his career and joined as an IT in an advertising agency but then and there he realized designing was his passion. In total, he has an experience of 10 years as a designer

Pramod is an extremely talented individual who has been a part of the advertising world for 16 years now. Since he was a child, he loved to sketch. When he finished schooling – his cousin encouraged him to follow his passion and thus started his journey of learning various design softwares. Pramod’s ideas always mesmerize and his work is flawless..

Always ready with his witty one-liners, Shaji is the guy who can make you laugh in almost every situation. Starting off as a textile designer, he’s been in the design field for almost 14 years

A man full of vigor and zeal to learn, Sherith comes along with abundant energy and willingness to explore. He is an individual who loves challenges and hence fits perfectly as SKEPPER – since we are a team who swim in challenges and can never get enough!.

This creative fellow has been working in the design field for good 5 years now. He did an engineering course but soon realized that designing and creativity was his calling. He is in love with the creative environment and the kind of people he gets to meet and interact with. His work is just awesome and his ideas progressive and unique.

Shiraptinath’s profile and past work is a thrill to see. He’s unconventional and views life from a different perspective. Design is his passion and working as a Motion Graphic Artist his dream.

Sunitha has been working as a UI/UX designer for about 6 years now. She knew from the very beginning that she was meant for the design world and nothing was going to stop her from pursuing her dreams. She’s passionate, devoted, and loves to read about UI/UX.

One of the most creative and talented members of Skepper - An Artist by nature. As a Senior Design Specialist at Skepper - his vision and design sense has taken projects from being Good to Great!

Honestly, one wouldn’t notice he’s around as he likes to keep to himself and doesn’t talk much. His creative journey started when he enrolled at a Fine Art’s College and did Master of Visual Arts from Bangalore. From then on he wanted to design/create spectacular work and nothing was going to stop him.

Sojil is passionate about his work and yearns to climb the ladder of design. His work is great but he desires to do even better. A cheerful guy who leaves an impact wherever he goes.

Vineeth is a passionate guy who loves his work. He’s known for his aesthetic and design sense. However, it wasn’t always easy for him. After class 12th he wanted to take up graphic designing but his parents convinced him to get a degree in Botany.

Siva is a passionate guy who has been in this field for five years now. At SKEPPER, he has taken upon the role of Motion Graphic and Video Specialist. He’s that guy who loves to make AD films, and is also keen on animation. He chose this field as it helped him to open doors to his creativity and though process that is unique.

Smit has been in the creative field for almost three years now, however it’s his first time working as a Senior Design Specialist at SKEPPER. He is curious, and eager to learn. His enthusiasm and passion for work cannot be measured. He’s that guy who can give you an instant idea that is unique and authentic. His sense of vision and art can leave one awe-struck

If you’re having a problem with the technical part and need some guidance, Vinod is the guy. He’s been working as a web developer for three years now and enjoys this profession as he’s fond of technology and the web portal.

Bhaskar may be sitting right across from you, but his silence makes him go unnoticed. Nevertheless, his work does not have the same impact. Bhaskar has around two years’ experience as a Web Developer.

This creative lad has been a part of the advertising world for about 12 years now. He chose the advertising field because he wanted to enhance his creativity, evolve as a human being and learn every single day. His work speaks volumes and his designs are appealing and always a pleasure to see.

Melvin is one of the youngest members of Skepper, however, if one does get a chance to have a conversation with him- they’d be surprised to see how mature he is. He can be counted on for anything. Let it be food, making dummy cartons, and admin related work.

She’s someone who has been with us from the start. Yes, she’s our mother who takes care of all our needs. Her tea’s and coffee’s are just delicious and heavenly. If you’re craving for the perfect cup of tea, say Padma Aunty tea please!
